Fuji Rock Festival

Two of our partners, Save Japan Dolphins and PangeaSeed, have been hard at work promoting their causes at the Fuji Rock Festival in Tokyo, Japan.

Save Japan Dolphins has been passing out free DVDs of the Japanese version of The Cove to uncover the annual dolphin massacre in Japan. A dream come true for Campaign Director Ric O’Barry, star of The Cove.

PangeaSeed was also there spreading awareness of the plight of 100 million sharks that are killed annually for shark fin soup, a Japanese favorite dish. PangeaSeed was able to give the EcoJoia/PangeaSeed ‘No Finning’ Tee to Zack de la Rocha, lead singer of Rage Against the Machine and his new band One Day as a Lion.
